The crew took their time to make sure everything was done well and kept the project within the schedule. The lead was Robert, he went beyond was was required of him. The Project Manager Joe was unbelievably efficient. This is the first company that cares for the people. Joe knew that I was basically alone so took it upon his self to install the back slider himself.
Everyone we dealt with was polite, professional and cared that our needs were met. Jeff, the crew manager was great, he really knows how to manage his team and make sure all areas were kept tidy throughout the project and that the schedule was adhered to. I highly recommend Genesis to anyone who needs a roof, they are a quality outfit through and through.
